I'm Lisa Davis, and I've been actively working out with Walter's virtual boot camp since the pandemic. You know those stubborn last 10 pounds that seem impossible to lose? Well--, I lost them—along with 2 inches off my waist! Not only have I been able to maintain my weight, but my body is also more fit, toned, and energized. I feel stronger and experience far less fatigue.
As a Master Certified Health & Wellness Coach, maintaining my internal health is a priority, but looking and feeling my best physically is just as important. I absolutely love Walter’s classes, from HIIT and boot camp to strength training, as well as his exciting challenges like AB Insanity and the 28-Day Body Transformation.
