We're thrilled to celebrate Stella's incredible achievement in our Virtual Bootcamp and Personal Training Program. Over the past few months, Stella has shed over 30 pounds, transforming her health and fitness.
This past spring, Stella graduated from George Mason University and is now continuing her studies overseas in Europe for her graduate degree. She began her journey with our 10-Day Reset/Cleanse to kickstart her weight loss, followed by our low-fat meal plan. Stella's exercise routine included participating in Virtual Bootcamp three times a week and running/walking 5-10 miles, 3-4 times per week.
