When Walter introduced me to the Advocare 24-Day Jumpstart program, I thought it would be a great challenge and an excellent way to stay fit during the holidays. Since I had never tried a structured diet before, I was worried it might feel overwhelming. However, Walter was there every step of the way, answering all my questions and providing the support I needed.
The meal plans he provided were incredibly helpful in teaching me what kinds of foods to focus on. I loved trying out healthy recipes and was pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed every one of them! The vanilla replacement shake was a standout—it tasted amazing and kept me full!
While nutrition was a key part of the program, staying active was just as important. Walter's virtual bootcamps were a game-changer, helping me burn calories, tone up with weight exercises, and break a good sweat. The recorded workouts made it easy to fit exercise into my schedule, no matter how busy I was.
During the program, I stayed committed to my goals. I successfully navigated four Thanksgiving meals without overindulging, worked off the extra calories, and even baked several desserts without giving in to temptation. I aimed for 10,000 steps a day and stayed hydrated by drinking a gallon of water daily.
By the end of the first week, I had lost 4 pounds, which motivated me to keep going. After completing the 24-day program, I was thrilled with my results: I lost 10 pounds, reduced my body fat by 5.3%, lowered my BMI by 1.4, and dropped my Visceral Fat score from 5 to 3.
I couldn’t be happier with how I felt and looked! Moving forward, I plan to continue using the healthy recipes and staying active with Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions. This experience has been truly life-changing!
