How I Got Back Into My Favorite Jeans!

Changing my diet and maintaining a consistent exercise routine helped me fit into my favorite jeans again—and it feels amazing! The key to my transformation? A significant reduction in carbs and being mindful of everything I ate. I also made sure to stay active, running 12-18 miles per week while incorporating moderate weight training into my routine.


Walter’s Impact on My Journey

Walter has been a HUGE motivator in my fitness journey. From his constant words of encouragement during training sessions to the dozens of new exercise techniques he introduced me to, his guidance made all the difference. Without his support, this journey would have been a lot tougher!


Before working with Walter, I didn’t fully realize how important weight training and cutting carbs were to my fitness level. Now, I never leave the gym without doing some form of resistance training, and I no longer indulge in bread at the start of dinner—and I LOVE the results!


Staying Motivated

Participating in various races keeps me driven to maintain a strong fitness level. Without stamina AND strength, I wouldn’t be able to complete 3-, 6-, or even 10-mile runs. Plus, I have amazing friends who help keep me motivated and act as a great support system.


My Advice for Staying on Track

If you’re struggling to stay motivated to exercise consistently and eat well, here are my top tips:

✔ Keep a diary – Track your workouts and meals to stay accountable.

✔ Build a support system – Join a team, group, or enlist friends to help keep you on track.

✔ Stay committed – The results are worth it, and you’ll feel better every day!
