How I Transformed My Fitness in Just 10 Weeks

I started training with Walter about 10 weeks ago, and it has completely changed my approach to health and fitness.

Every morning, I would pass by a group of women working their buns off while I was just walking to work, coffee in hand, along with some kind of carb-heavy breakfast. I knew I needed a change, and after mustering up the courage, I finally reached out to Walter and started training with him.

 

I thought I was in decent shape since I worked out 3-4 times a week, but after my first couple of Ultimate Fitness Challenge classes, I quickly realized I had a lot of room for improvement!


Breaking Through My Limits

One of my biggest challenges? Training outdoors. I had never exercised outside before, and during my first few workouts, I actually thought I was having asthma issues because I struggled to breathe. Walter told me to focus on my breathing, but he also believed I needed to improve my conditioning. He was right (of course)! After 10 weeks of training, my endurance has improved tenfold—I no longer huff and puff when running, and my workouts have become part of my daily routine. Now, I exercise almost every morning and use Walter’s weekly fitness challenges to keep me on track.


Fixing My Eating Habits

Walter’s food journal requirement opened my eyes to my eating habits. While I didn’t change my diet overnight, I gradually found myself giving up sweets and naturally sticking to a balanced diet. After 10 weeks, I realized there’s no magic diet—just consistent, healthy choices that make a lasting impact.


The Power of Outdoor Workouts

Many of us sit all day—at work, in the car, or at home—and then, when we do exercise, we often do it inside a gym. Training outdoors was a game-changer for me. Walter’s workouts didn’t always require equipment, which made them easy to replicate at home or even while traveling. The variety and creativity kept me motivated, and I loved that I wasn’t stuck inside while working out.


Worth Every Drop of Sweat

This journey took time and dedication, but once people started commenting on how much weight I lost and how good I looked, I knew it was 100% worth it. More importantly, I feel stronger, healthier, and more energized than ever!


 Final Thoughts

Consistency, perseverance, and accountability—those were the keys to my transformation. If you’re on the fence about making a change, just go for it. It may not be easy, but it’s absolutely worth it. Thank you, Walter, for pushing me beyond what I thought was possible!
