Fall has arrived. Are you letting the cool temperatures de-motivate you from exercising outdoors? If so, here are a few tips to help get you get back on track to enjoying the outdoors again:
1. Join an exercise group or bootcamp. Working out with a bootcamp group provides support, accountability and structure.
2. Set a race goal. Maybe it’s time to set a date to complete that first 5K, 10K, or Half-Marathon you’ve always wanted to do.
3. Go for a Hike. Going for a nice hike gives you time to think and de-stress. Also enjoying the nature around you will help improve your mood.
4. Go for a Bike Ride. Whether the bike ride is for fun, exercise, or commuting to work, there are numerous benefits. It’s a clean form of transportation (causes no pollution), and helps you burn a lot of calories.
