This week, gyms will be filled with people working to get fit in 2016. History has showed over half of those who make a resolution to exercise will fall off the wagon in the next three weeks. 4. Workout with a buddy. Just like joining a group, a workout buddy can keep you accountable and offer support. However, be sure the workout partner is someone that is consistent and motivated to exercise.
