On-Site Fitness Classes 

Offering on-site fitness classes is a great way to keep employees actively engaged, challenged, and motivated The fitness classes we offer include Boot Camp, Zumba, Yoga, 5K, and Half-Marathon training—all with certified instructors.

Corporate Teambuilding

We offer high-energy corporate fitness and teambuilding programs to promote your company’s culture and motivate your employees to a higher level of performance. Corporate Teambuilding is highly customizable for your needs.

Fitness and Nutrition Workshops

We provide workshops on health & wellness topics including how to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into a busy schedule, exercise tips for weight loss and toning, how to reduce workplace stress, and how to create realistic fitness goals.

Fitness Assessments

Assessments are the best way for employees to gain a sense of accountability and determine their fitness level. Assessments include individual reports and team reporting, testing blood pressure, body fat, resting heart rate; core, upper, and lower body strength.

  • Led Gaylord National Harbor to become ranked number two Healthiest Employers in 2011; in 2012 & 2013 they were ranked in top ten. 
  • Trained Miss Teen Eastern Coast International, Juliana McKee, to win the Miss Teen International National Pageant title (2010).
  • Trained Miss DC International 2011, Dr. Allison Hill, to win the Fitness Award and place as 4th runner up in the Miss International 2012 pageant competition.
  • Trained Taylor Dawson to win Miss Maryland Teen USA 2015
