Program details: 

Designed to help kids between the ages of 7-15 to:

  • be more physically active
  • learn proper exercise technique
  • improve self-esteem
  • improve overall performance in any sport
  • increase strength
  • improve speed and agility
  • decrease risk of injury
  • improve conditioning
  • become more discipline and much more

Program includes: 

Weekly bootcamp, exercise assignments, kids meal plan, and more.
