Short on time during the week? Do you need a program that will keep you burning fat for days? Try the Saturday Bootcamp. This exciting weekly class will elevate your level of fitness and keep you motivated to workout during the week.

WEEKDAY BOOTCAMP

Fit level: Intermediate to advance

It’s been proven that the best time to get your workout is first thing in the morning. If you are a busy professional, you will sometimes run into problems trying to exercise in the evening. There are last minute projects to complete, production deadlines, kids, and unexpected emergencies. Jump into the weekday morning bootcamp to regulate your exercise routine, and make your body over.

Time: 6:30AM – 7:15AM
Location: Alexandria, VA (African American Heritage Park)
Day: Tuesday & Thursdays
Cost: $299 for 10 sessions


 

FIT FOR A QUEEN” BOOTCAMP

Fit Level: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance

Time: 8:00AM – 12AM
Location: Washington, DC – Gaylord National Harbor Exhibit Hall
Date: March 31, 2012
Cost: $59 (early registration ends March 1)     $79 (after March 1st)
