Bootcamp Breakthrough is a progressive 10 Week Fitness Program. Every week the workouts will be different but built on the previous one. If you are trying to lose weight, get toned, and/or get beach body ready, this bootcamp is for you.

Your 10 weeks of training will include:

  • 1 Day Ultimate Fitness Challenge
  • Weight Training circuit
  • Bodyweight resistance
  • Flat Abs Program
  • Lean Legs Routine
  • 5K Jog/Walk

By the end of the program, you will have a fitter body, renewed mind, more energy, and the best you!  Accept the challenge and Achieve greatness!  All fitness levels are welcome.
