If you’ve had enough of the quarantine life and ready to take your fitness to the next level, this class is for you.

If you want to jumpstart your motivation for exercise, you must join the 2 Hour Challenge. 

Regardless of your level of fitness (beginner, intermediate, or advance), we will modify exercises to fit your comfort level. All fitness levels are welcome.
