Walter Lewis is an experienced fitness coach who has trained and motivated thousands of individuals for over a decade. Suffering from the early deaths of his grandparents gave Walter his “why” for starting Walter Lewis Fitness Solutions. His grandmother’s unhealthy lifestyle led to her passing away at age 53 from a heart attack. Her health issues included hypertension, diabetes, and obesity. His grandfather also lived an unhealthy lifestyle that eventually led to his demise; he passed away from a heart attack at age 48. After experiencing the deaths of his grandparents, Walter knew that he did not want to die young, or see family members and others die from health issues that could be prevented or prolonged. Therefore, he set out on a mission to break the cycle of obesity and unhealthy living with health promotion and disease prevention. Walter launched WLFS full-time in 2005 to help real people get real results
