Maintain Don’t Gain Challenge (6 Week Virtual Program)

Thanksgiving is knocking at the door, and so begins the many wonderful celebrations with family, friends and co-workers. With all the excitements in the air, it’s quite easy to lose track of your healthy eating and then resulting in you over indulging yourself. Most Americans tend to gain between 1 to 5 pounds during the holiday season and then not lose the gained weight after the holidays.  Over time this extra weight adds up and can cause a lot of discomfort. “Maintain Don’t Gain” is a six-week program specially designed to help individuals maintain their weight and activity level during the holiday season which makes them look great and healthy all through.

How to Participate

After registering for the program, you will receive instructions for download of the WLFS Breakthrough Mobile App and provided access to Fitness Transformation University. Once App is downloaded and you have setup your username and password, you will be asked to report your official starting weight. Once registered, you will receive a welcome email to the competition including more program details and a “Maintain Don’t Gain” pledge for you to complete. At the conclusion of the six week program, you will record your final weight in the Breakthrough App. Participants will accumulate fitness points for motivation when they complete workouts within the WLFS breakthrough app and log into the food journal.

What to Expect

Each participant will be set up with a customized exercise program and meal plan to follow for the 6 Weeks. Also, you will have access other weightloss and toning programs within the WLFS Mobile App. Participants will have full access to Fitness Transformation University. Fitness Transformation University is an online coaching program that provides step-by-step solutions to upgrade your fitness, mindset, and nutrition habits. On this resource site, you’ll gain access to motivational calls, ebooks, expert interviews, healthy holiday recipes and videos.
