This unique 60 minute class includes a whole body workout with a combination of strength, cardio, and core training. Workouts may include weights, bodyweight, and some high intense work to help burn fat and achieve muscle tone.

This class is virtual, so participants are welcome from anywhere in the world. From beginner to advance fitness levels are welcome to participate. This class will bring you balance and is everything you need for a strong, healthy body and mind!
