We are ending our 27 Day Fitness challenge with a 7-day virtual fitness mission impossible. If you choose to accept, you will complete 12 of our virtual workout sessions within 7 days.
Imagine the results you will achieve after completing this challenge. You can expect weight-loss, reduced bodyfat, and improved health within just one week. All you need to do is show up for class. We will take care of the rest.

- Bootcamp

On October 31, 2020, we are dressing up in Halloween costumes for the 2 Hour Fitness Challenge. Prizes will be given to best costumes. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be given.
