I Can’t Believe I Can Run Without Stopping

If anyone would have told me 6 months ago that I would be running two 5k races in September and that I would be in the best physical shape of my life at age 46, I wouldn’t have believed them! I’ve struggled with my weight for my entire life. I’ve had success on various diets, but never achieved the level of fitness and ideal weight that I desired. I exercised on a regular basis, but still had low energy and poor endurance. Training with Walter for the past several months has changed all of that. I exercised on a regular basis, but still had low energy and poor endurance. Training with Walter for the past several months has changed all of that. Not only have I reached my goal weight, but my body is more tone and fit, I have gone down several clothing sizes, and I now have the endurance to run 4+ miles at a steady pace without stopping…a HUGE success for me! I look forward to Walter’s classes every week, and enjoy working out more than I ever have. His expertise, encouragement, and amazing workouts motivate me to work hard and, in turn, get the results I wanted.

Over the summer, I pulled both of my quad muscles sprinting. I was devastated. Walter checked on me constantly to see how I was doing, reminded me to keep icing and resting, and helped me safely workout until I recovered. A HUGE THANK YOU to Walter for helping me become the best “ME” I can possibly be!
