We are ending our 27 Day Fitness challenge with a 7-day virtual fitness mission impossible. If you choose to accept, you will complete 12 of our virtual workout sessions within 7 days.
Imagine the results you will achieve after completing this challenge. You can expect weight-loss, reduced bodyfat, and improved health within just one week. All you need to do is show up for class. We will take care of the rest. Virtual workouts include:
- Cardio Conditioning
- 5k, 10k, or half marathon
- 2 hour fitness challenge
If you choose to accept, you will complete 12 of our virtual workout sessions within with-in 7 days. Expected results within 7 days: weight-loss, reduced body fat, and improved health.
